Bin Patrol ("we") is a trash bin cleaning service based in Jackson, NJ. This page explains, in plain English, what information this website collects and what we do with it.

What we collect

Form submissions. When you join a route or contact us, we collect what you type: name, phone number, email, address or neighborhood, pickup day, plan choice, and notes. Forms are processed by Netlify Forms, our website host. We use this information to set up and run your service — confirming routes, scheduling cleans, and sending service texts.

Analytics. If you accept cookies, we may use standard analytics tools (such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel) to understand how visitors use the site and to measure advertising. These set cookies in your browser. Declining cookies on our cookie banner opts you out of these on this site.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information. We don't share it with anyone except the service providers needed to operate (website hosting, form processing, payment processing when your service starts, and text messaging). We don't send marketing spam — texts you receive from us are about your own service.

Payment information

Card details are collected and stored by our payment processor when your route is confirmed — never on this website and never on our servers. You are not billed until your first clean is complete.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time — use the contact form and we'll take care of it. You can decline cookies via the banner, and your texts always support STOP to opt out.
